School visits and workshops

If you are wondering how to deliver a particular area of PSE or citizenship education, why not ask CEWC-Cymru to visit your school and work directly with your students?

Our Education Officers are qualified teachers, and have developed a wide range of classroom activities on many topics, including:

• Active global citizenship
• Human rights and children’s rights
• Democratic participation
• Poverty and the Millennium Development Goals
• Sustainable development
• The United Nations and international relations
• The European Union
• Refugees and asylum seekers
• Debating

We can deliver interactive workshops with individual classes, as well as lectures or presentations to larger groups.

This service is provided free to our member schools; the charge to non-members is £40 per hour.
