Inclusion project resources
The following resources were produced with assistance from the European Social Fund, Welsh Assembly Government, All Different - All Equal (European Youth Campaign) and Equitable Charitable Trust.
They can help students to develop Key Skills (Communication, Working With Others and Information & Communication Technology) by exploring citizenship themes. Both contain a set of 6 lesson plans that culminate in a clay animation project.
Further support is available in our animation photo guide.
Who Killed Simone Valentine?
Developed by working with disadvantaged students in special schools, Pupil Referral Units and secure units for young offenders. This resource requires a copy of the Who Killed Simone Valentine? film, available on DVD for £5 including postage. The film contains scenes of self-harm, intravenous drug taking and a mild sex scene, and is therefore not appropriate for all pupils. For mainstream settings, we recommend Sioned’s Problems.
